Raynier zoekt: Een Kamer / Appartement in Eindhoven

Beste Lezer,

Ik ben een Nederlander die 26 jaar lang in de VS (Seattle) heeft gewoond en gewerkt als ICT-managementconsultant en ondernemer. Mijn vrouw en ik overwegen om terug te keren naar Nederland en zijn op zoek naar een huurwoning met ingang van augustus/september. We zijn in Nederland vanaf 11 augustus en zouden graag de woning bezichtigen, indien mogelijk.

Financial:
- We are a ICT consultant (self-employed) and Financial Planner(under permanent employment)
- Combined monthly gross income: €15.000+
- Budget: around € 1750
- Willing to pay 3 months rent in advance to secure the apartment
- Savings: we have paid of out mortgage on our US house and property (valued at $1.150.000 USD.

Personal:
- Husband and wife (no children)
- Available from: "immediately" - we will be arriving in person the Netherlands on August 11th in Eindhoven to visit family and start house hunting but can do a virtual visit if needed/possible.
- Looking for 12+ months
- No pets, non-smoker, no musical instruments

About us:
- Personality: quiet, respectful, sociable, responsible, easygoing.
- Hobbies / lifestyle: e.g., I enjoy developing software and I am a researcher in AI and computational linguistics when I am indoors. For outdoors we hike and camp in the local mountains do long road bike trips.

All necessary documents (payslips, bank statement, mortgage information, etc) are prepared and available upon request.
